This is my latest commercial for the Pollard Theatre Company in Guthrie, OK.

The Show is Horton Foote’s “The Trip to Bountiful”. Takes place in 1940’s Texas…

I tried to give it that look and feel - at least my interpretation. So - I concentrated on the Color, and added some film grain - to further drive the time period home.  I would love to know if you thought it was successful.

This was shot on HVX200 - with the Letus Elite. Graded in Color - with some Magic Bullet grain added.

Once again - it’s always great to work with everyone at the Pollard - and I really appreciate them allowing me to be creative, and bring my own eye to their productions.
