About

As the creative director for MIDWESTMEDIA, Christopher spends his time telling clients’ stories through a variety of creative mediums that reflect his penchant for design, art, and music.

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 2003 with a degree in the Recording Industry, Christopher entered the film and video industry, working as an audio engineer for the Manhattan Producers Alliance in New York City on projects for the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and cable television networks such as Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel.

Christopher’s first love is film, a passion that is demonstrated in the creativity and originality he brings to each piece. He strives to create an authentic “film” look to his projects, and possesses a certain gift for shooting documentary-style pieces.

@1614, and art and film series, allow Christopher to demonstrate his creative capabilities while helping local artists showcase their work. He serves as the producer, director, and cinematographer on each @1614 piece, vividly illustrating the relationship between the artist and their art.

Here on this blog - you will find Christopher's work - but also work that serves to inspire. Most of the time what is posted will be work that fits the mood of the day (according to Christopher). Hopefully you can share in some of the inspiration as well.

As you know - I produce films like this on a pretty regular basis. This particular film really inspired me. I loved the feel of it. The execution I thought was superb. I hope you feel the same way.
